The Diamond Jubilee weekend is fast approaching and we have been getting in the spirit of things this week at HaveToLove ready for the big event! To celebrate the Queen’s 60 years on the throne from the 2^nd-5^th June, we decided to brighten up our window display with a touch of classic British décor- with a hint of HaveToLove style of course!

In our signature colours of pink, black and white we created strings of homemade bunting featuring crown, union jack and heart motifs to create an eye catching contrast effect which we think looks fabulous draped across our boutique window and makes a change from the traditional flag colours.  Also on central display is our bicycle which we of course gave the HaveToLove makeover to fit in with our themed window, using pink and white ribbons to decorate it and finishing it off with a selection of wrapped parcels ready for delivery in the basket!

We think our Jubilee window brings creativity and style to the occasion, and we are definitely feeling proud to be British after putting together our decorations, take a look at the pictures on our Twitter and Instagram for a sneak peek..

Havetolove and Hooker & Young are hosting a White Ice Party on Thursday 11th November 2010 at Newcastle Marriott Gosforth Park in aid of a worthwhile cause, The Children’s Foundation, supporting them in providing all the latest equipment for the Great North Children's Hospital.

It’s going to be an evening of fantastic food, fabulous fashion and exciting entertainment. We will be hosting an incredibly stylish fashion show, along with your night’s entertainment and a fabulous three course meal!

There will also be an auction where Havetolove will be auctioning off two pairs of Alexander McQueen sunglasses, a ChloBo bracelet stack worth over £800, an Aston Martin experience day courtesy of Stratstone, one blow dry a month for a year from Hooker & Young, dinner, bed and breakfast at the Marriot, £600 worth of links jewellery courtesy of Sinton’s Jewellers and a spa day from Beauty at Gosforth http://www.beautyat.com/treatments/treatments.php and all proceeds go to charity!
