Delivery Information
At havetolove.com we make every effort to ensure your purchase reaches you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way to you as possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Every product from designer clothing to designer accessories in carefully wrapped and gift wrapped by the havetolove girls before being posted to you. The following is an indication of our shipping costs:
Your order will be packed and dispatched providing that:
a) The item you have chosen is available
b) The delivery address has been verified
c) Payment has been approved
d) The payment is received before 1pm on the day of purchase in order to qualify for next day delivery
We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order, then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch along with a shipping reference number. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Havetolove will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.
