Shipping, Returns & FAQ's

Please email for a return authorisation.  Please allow 72 hours for a response on week days.  You have 7 days to inform us of a return and 14 days to return the item/s to us.  Returns over this timeframe will be rejected.


To shop with us, browse through our different categories of women's clothing and accessories. Once you find an item you like you can add it to your cart by selecting your preferred size, colour and quantity and then clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button.


  • You can see that the item has been added successfully to your ‘Shopping Cart’ when you are redirected to the shopping cart page. There will also appear a circular icon with a number, showing the number of items in your cart, on the cart symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the site.
  • You can at anytime continue shopping or click on ‘View Cart and Checkout’ in the dropdown Shopping Cart.
  • After reviewing your items on the ‘Shopping Cart’ page and adding promotional codes you may have, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
  • Once you reach the checkout page you can either sign into your account if you haven’t already or checkout as a guest. In all cases you will be asked to enter your name, address, and telephone number.
  • You can then proceed to choose your preferred mode of payment (Clearpay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal) and enter your payment details. 
  • At checkout, you will also be given the choice of paying for customs duties and taxes if applicable (for more details please refer to our Shipping and Delivery or Our FAQ section).
  • After you have completed all the sections simply click ‘Place Order’. An email confirming your order with will be sent to you.
  • Before you start shopping, we recommend you read our Terms of Service.


Please click here if you have forgotten your password or follow the instructions on the Sign in page to easily retrieve your personal credentials. For privacy and security reasons we do not send this information by email.

Once you click ‘View Shopping cart and Checkout’, you will be re-directed to the ‘View Shopping Cart’ page. Here you will find a field to enter your discount code. Your order total will be adjusted accordingly.

We aim to dispatch all orders within the time frame's stated. We offer two order types and 3 delivery Services. When an order is dispatched you will receive Tracking information via email and/or text dependant on the information you provided at the time of checkout.

The estimated time of delivery is shown for every single item on It is shown on the product page, cart page, checkout page and in an email received post-checkout.

**We are not responsible for any delays caused by the local customs clearance processes on international orders.

You have 7 days to notify us of a return and 14 days in total to return your item to us.

International Delivery

You may have to pay customs charges if you are ordering from Europe and the rest of the world.  We are not responsible for any custom duty or taxes.

In most cases this should not be a problem, as long as the transaction passes the banks and our internal fraud checks without raising any flags. However due to the high level of fraud associated with different shipping and billing address's - we reserve the right, without prejudice to cancel the order or refund the payment if we do not feel satisfied that the order is has passed our security criteria.

To view your order, if you have a account please Sign in and follow the below steps:  

  1. Click My Account at the top of the home page 
  2. From the 'My Account' drop-down, click ‘Profile’ 
  3. Your previously placed orders will be listed, along with their current status 
  4. To view the order in detail, click on 'View Order

or Go to Services on the top right hand corner of the website and ‘track my order.’

To track the delivery status of your order by clicking the tracking link sent to you by in the shipping confirmation email.



  • Enter your order number and email address in the return wizard, located here.  Please note returns are only insured up to £50.  If your return is worth over £50 it is your responsibility to return your order to us.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • custom goods and made to order goods are not eligible for a refund



You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.  You must notify us within 7 days or receipt of shipment that you would like to return your order.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging, with tags.



  • Returns are £4.50 and £7.50 for coats which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible to ensure that the return is dropped at a Clicksit drop off point within the returns period, and label valid period.



  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  We have to quarantine returns now so please do not contact us regarding your return unless you it has been over 10 working days.  Please note returns take 14 working days to process.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 working days.



Once has received your return and it complies with our Returns Policy, we will refund you the money back, issue a store credit to your account, or send you a voucher code to use on your next purchase on the website. If you paid by credit card, the money will be refunded back to your bank account, this may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.


You will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus the shipping costs.


Some countries charge customs duties and taxes for imported goods, which are calculated and itemised at checkout. When your order arrives at the customs of your country, you may be asked to pay custom taxes on delivery.  Our courier services company might charge you a different amount based on the customs assessment if you choose the latter option. For more information please see our Shipping and Delivery section.

All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package. We cannot accept damaged returns that have not followed the above procedure. Please notify us immediately if the goods have been damaged in transit.
