Kate’s Vegan Pancake Recipe

Happy Pancake day everyone!

Did you know that pancake day (Shrove Tuesday) was originally for housewives to clear out their cupboards before lent?

For me, pancake day is everyday!  I start each day with a pancake, being vegan it’s healthy and a great way to start your day.  

Add the following to a nutri-bullet and mix:

  • x1 Cup of oats
  • x1 cup of almond milk
  • x1 banana (optional to add an egg)

Heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in your pan and add the mix.  Cook as you would a pancake.  Enjoy it with almond butter or raw honey.
