Terms & Conditions

  

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Have to Love online. By ordering goods from Have to Love  online you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

The supplier of the goods featured is Have to Love, (“HTL”, “we”, or “us”). Email at Kate@havetolove.com or by telephone on 0191 213 1155.

HTL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Orders and Contract

 

Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between HTL and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by HTL or any third party, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from HTL acknowledging receipt of your order.

Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by HTL or may be cancelled by you.

Following formation of the contract, HTL shall continue to own any goods ordered until it has received payment in full from you, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you. Purchases from HTL online will be charged the day the goods are despatched/purchased in-store.

 

Cancelling your order

 

Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter, email or telephone call on 0191 213 1155 within a period of 30 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods.

This is not applicable to custom goods.  Custom goods are non returnable and non refundable.

You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, within 30 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns nor are we able to send them back to you, so please look closely at the items you return to us. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased and we reserve the right to charge an investigation fee of no less than £35 to cover the cost of our investigating the position. We can offset this amount due from other sums that may be due to you for refunds. Accepting returned goods and/or crediting an account does not constitute a waiver of our right to charge an investigation fee.

 

UK Delivery Charges

 

We offer FREE delivery by Royal Mail, DHL and FedEx. Orders placed after 2.00pm may not be dealt with until the following day. Orders placed on a Saturday will not be sent out for delivery until Monday. 

All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand. When the standard courier service is not available, HTLA will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. No delivery services are available on a bank holiday. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Over our busy periods our standard delivery services may be affected.

At Checkout you will be informed of different delivery dates if your order contains items from different locations.  We offer FREE delivery on items dispatched from outside of the UK.

We aim to dispatch all orders within the time frame's stated. We offer two order types and 3 delivery Services. When an order is dispatched you will receive a Tracking notification via email and/or text dependant on the information you provided at the time of checkout.

The majority of our items are available for 2-3 day delivery.  The estimated time of delivery is shown for every single item on Havetolove.com. It is shown on the product page, cart page, checkout page and in an email received post-checkout.

For stock located outside of the UK we offer FREE delivery to the UK and you will be notified of delivery times at checkout.  Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible.  Your order will dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible.  Customers will receive orders via our UK courier partners and NOT need to deal with any custom affairs. 
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Please contact us within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

 

International Delivery

 

We offer FREE International tracked delivery and charge a small charge for coats and jackets from us.  Coats will be sent by fedex, UPS or Parcel force.  At the checkout you will be informed of estimated delivery times.

**We are not responsible for any delays caused by the local customs clearance processes on international orders.  


You may have to pay customs charges if you are ordering from Europe and the rest of the world. We are not responsible for any custom duty or taxes.

  • We ship from different origins depending on what item you buy.
  • If you select FREE shipping please allow sufficient time with free shipping
  • Delivery time is working days processing time + shipping time.
  • Tracking link of your shipment will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.
  • You could cancel your order before we ship out your order.  You have up to 14 days to cancel.  After this you cannot cancel.
  • We did not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays.
  • Although we use reasonable means to make sure your delivery is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out of our control. We will do our best to inform you of and unexpected delay.
  • Free shipping and regular Royal Mail/ airmail do not guarantee delivery time and it is subject to delay due to customs clearance.
  • We cannot be held responsible for an third party courier delays.

 

Your delivery address

 

You must confirm your delivery addresses on your online order.  Delivery to an alternate address is not available.  We reserve the right to refuse a delivery to an alternative address.

 

Post

We will not accept any returns without an returns authorisation number.  please apply for a free returns label online.


Prices

 

The prices shown are exclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. Prices of goods displayed online may differ from prices in our store.

 

Usage

 

All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only. Please contact us for further information if you intend using any products in a business or public environment.

 

Availability

 

All orders for clothing are subject to availability.

 

Colour of reproduction

 

HTL take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

Law

 

Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales

Returns received after the 14 day / 21 day time frame are accepted at the discretion of havetolove and can only be refunded with a 'store credit note' which can be used online or in store.

Jewellery purchased online through our website will need to be shipped back to us for return or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the item. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings. Lingerie/ swimwear items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days at the discretion of the management team. Please be aware that shoes must be returned in their original designer box. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.

The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Custom goods are non returnable and non refundable.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

For all other returns it is advisable to send items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
