Refund policy
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order that you wish to return your goods for a refund by using the link below. If you do not notify us within 7 days of receiving your order you are unable to return your item. You have 14 days to return your order to us. Returns received after this date will not be accepted. We will email you a returns authorisation number. Please attach this to the outside of your return.
- Custom goods are non-returnable and non refundable.
- You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. Anything worn or not in the condition we sent out will be returned to you.
- You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, and ship within 7 days of informing us of your wish to cancel & 14 days of the date of purchase. Your returns label will expire after 7 days of receiving it.
- We do not accept returns without an authorisation for returns from Havetolove.com
- If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example, 2 for 10% Discount) you will be refunded the full price of the item, minus any discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy offer, then you’ll be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
- Allow 14 working days for us to refund your order. £7.50 is deducted from all items sent back for postage. This covers the couriers feed.
- Credit notes and voucher codes are valid for three months.
We offer returns through Collect+. It is your responsibility to return items worth over this amount. You can drop your return into one of 5,900 local convenience stores, open from early until late, 7 days a week. If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. We will return anything worn, washed or not in the original condition to you.
Note
Packages returned to us via Collect+ can take up to 5 working days to arrive back to us. Please be patient or if you require your exchange/refund in a hurry, consider sending via Royal Mail Special Delivery (at your own expense).
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
- We do not currently offer Free returns outside the UK.
