Shipping policy

We give estimated delivery timeframes on each product page, cart page and on the order confirmation.  Delivery is FREE in the UK. 

All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand. When the standard courier service is not available, HTLA will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. No delivery services are available on a bank holiday and on a weekend.  Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Over our busy periods our standard delivery services may be affected.

At Checkout you will be informed of different delivery dates if your order contains items from different locations.  We offer FREE delivery for UK orders.

We aim to dispatch all orders within the time frame's stated. When an order is dispatched you will receive tracking information via email and/or text dependant on the information you provided at the time of checkout.

The estimated time of delivery is shown for every single item on Havetolove.com. It is shown on the product page, cart page, checkout page and in an email received post-checkout.

Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible.  Your order will dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible.  If yo have ordered more than one item these could be delivered seperately at different times.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Please contact us within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.


International Delivery

We offer FREE International tracked delivery.  There is a small postage fee for coats and jackets.

At Checkout you will be informed of estimated delivery times.  Estimated time to Europe is 7-15 days tracked.  USA is 10-21 days.

**We are not responsible for any delays or taxes payable caused by the local customs clearance process on international orders.

You are responsible for any duty or taxes that you may receive on delivery.  We do not collect import taxes.

  • Delivery time is working days processing time + shipping time.
  • You can track your order via our website here
  • You could cancel your order before we ship out your order.
  • We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays.
  • Although we use reasonable means to make sure your delivery is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out of our control. We will do our best to inform you of and unexpected delay.
  • Free shipping and regular airmail do not guarantee delivery time and it is subject to delay due to customs clearance.
