Delivery & Returns
At havetolove.com we make every effort to ensure your purchase reaches you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way to you as possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Every product from designer clothing to designer accessories is carefully wrapped and gift wrapped by the havetolove girls before being posted to you.
Your order will be packed and dispatched providing that:
a) The item you have chosen is available
b) The delivery address has been verified
c) Payment has been approved
d) The payment is received before 1pm on the day of purchase in order to qualify for next day delivery
We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order, then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch along with a shipping reference number. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Havetolove will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.

Standard Returns Policy
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days for UK orders / 21 days International orders, from the date which a Returns Authorisation Code is obtained and must be returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached.
Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorisation Reference number by emailing us at email@example.com Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorisation Reference number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. Returns received after the 14 day / 21 day time frame are accepted at the discretion of havetolove and can only be refunded with a 'store credit note' which can be used online or in store.
Jewellery purchased online through our website will need to be shipped back to us for return or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the item. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings. Lingerie/ swimwear items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days at the discretion of the management team. Please be aware that shoes must be returned in their original designer box. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.
Please send all returns to Returns Department, Havetolove.com, 3 Hawthorn Road, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 4DE. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.
For all other returns it is advisable to send items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
