While using www.havetolove.com in order for you to access some of the features of the website we may require you to register. You will be asked to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Ordering eligibility with havetolove
For you to safely make an order through www.havetolove.com you will be requested to register and provide personal details. Customers will be asked to provide their real name, telephone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When ordering items from the site your will be required to provide payment details and warrant that the details you provide upon ordering are correct and valid. You must be able to confirm that you are the said person as referred to in the billing information.
The sites ordering processes will only be available to those who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank that is acceptable to havetolove and who have authorised havetolove to process a charge or charges to a card in the amount of the total purchase price.
By making an offer to purchase, you authorise havetolove to perform the necessary credit checks, to transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties. This will be done in the interest of authenticating your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain payment authorisation and to authorise the individual purchase transaction.
Ordering from havetolove
All orders are subject to acceptance and availabliity.
When you place an order with havetolove.com at the checkout process you will be able to check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order confirmation detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and maybe purchased by other customers.
Havetolove.com offers products for sale that are awaiting shipment from suppliers and therefore will give the option to make an advanced payment purchase. This will ensure that you recieve the item in priority once they have been delivered. Your rights to an advanced purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at havetolove. In circumstances where we can not fulfil your advanced purchase we will notify you by email and refund the advanced payment to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being advised that the merchandise has become unavailable.
Acceptance of your Order
Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will initially send you a dispatch confirmation by email, which is not classed an acceptance but as a confirmation for reciept of your order. Only when we dispatch the order will the purchase contract between you and havetolove be made, even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept your order in the following circumstances
a) where goods are not available
b) where we can not obtain authorisation for your payment
c) if there has been a pricing or product description error
d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and havetolove.com shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.
If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.
All prices on the website are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates, unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not charged. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using exisiting currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period. +
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners or Switch debit cards. You may also place your order through telephone on 44 (0) 191 213 1155. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
Delivery and Insurance
havetolove.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility of your purchased goods passes to you. Should you request a specified recipient who is not you (as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them or at that address is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by havetolove and transfer the responsibility in the same way.
havetolove.com aims to dispatch all orders with 48 hours, and estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
Tracking your Order
You can follow the current status of your order through the tracking number provided to you in your dispatch confirmation email.
We request that items returned to us are protected and insured during transit to havetolove.com
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our dispatch date. Before you return your purchase you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorisation Reference number by emailing us at email@example.com. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorisation Reference number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. Jewellery purchased online through our website will need to be shipped back to us for return or exchange within 14 working days of receiving the item. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.
Lingerie and Swimwear
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange and refund or exchange Lingerie and swimwear.
All shoes should be tried on a carpet surface before wear. Please be aware that shoes must be returned in their original designer box. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.
Please send all returns to havetolove.com, 3 Hawthorn Road, Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 4DE. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.
For all items it is advisable to send items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
Returns Policy for Sale Items
Same as above except that we request that all sale items are returned within 7 days of the date you received your Return Authorisation Number. Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorisation Reference number by emailing us firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you have recieved an item as a gift, you may exchange it for store credit to your havetolove account. The amount will automatically be deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for six months. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
Itellectual Property Rights
Any reproduction or redistribution of havetolove content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Copying and use of any of the havetolove content to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited.
